Was so busy attending the 3rd anniversary parties these few weeks. Went to the BeautiControl & SPA session, Cooking demo on Glutinuous rice and today cooking demo on some hawker food with the wok and fryer.has anti-oxidants, helps cleanse intestine walls, increase bowel movement and detox. It also build and strengthen immune system and helps maintain, restore and protect your body. Though we might already have good bowel movement, eating healthily, but we still need to detox and clear our system thoroughly to keep it stronger and even more healthier. It was great! We got to sample some products on BeautiControl, like the facial scrub and mask, it is really moisturising and different after using it. I’m going to get a set of the facial products and spa products then I can have my own spa session at home. It’s actually very easy to do, even can have a few friends over and enjoy doing your own SPA Escape Party.
The glutinuous rice was very delicious, very different from those sold outside, not oily or salty, it taste really healthy. The easy part is you don’t have to pre-cook the rice, just let it cook in the fryer, it’s the same for even fried rice or bee hoon. Will try to cook that when I get the TupperChef Fryer and Wok. The wok is wonder too, as we get to see them cook hokkien noodle (fried prawn noodle) and even tao suan with the wok. Yummy!
Not forgetting the lacto-fiber and berrygen. Lacto fiber has 59 ingredients which are organic, from seeds, grains, fruits, beans, greens and probiotics, prebiotics n enzymes. It
